New Delhi, 26 November 2009:  Lok Sabha Speaker Smt. Meira Kumar inaugurated a Blood Donation Camp in Parliament House Annexe today to mark the first anniversary of the Mumbai terrorist attacks. Several Members of Parliament, staff members and security personnel donated blood at the Camp.

Speaking on the occasion, Smt. Kumar said that the scourge of terrorism should be tackled with determination and terrorist forces should never be allowed to spill the blood of innocent people. Lok Sabha Speaker also expressed her heartfelt sympathies with all those  who have lost their near and dear ones in the terrorist attacks.
